Since we released the dialer in July 2024, we’ve scrubbed known litigators in the background. In this release, we’ve added extra protection by hiding all phone numbers of known litigators. These contacts will be tagged accordingly, and their numbers won’t be dialable or included in exports.

Tired of worrying about Do Not Call (DNC) compliance? Now, DNC scrubbing is available on properties exports, just like it is for contacts! Any phone number on the federal DNC list will be replaced with “DNC Excluded,” giving you cleaner, worry-free export files.
Importing lists just got a whole lot easier! Our import wizard now detects errors in your uploaded spreadsheet before you import, helping you fix any issues upfront. No more wasted time on bad data!
Mobile/Landline Scrubbing in Property Exports
We’ve added mobile and landline scrubbing to our Properties export—previously, this was only available in Contacts exports. Now, you get cleaner, more accurate phone data across the board.
We’ve added a new "property_flags" field to all Properties exports. This will include a comma-separated list of all relevant quick filters applied to the lead, giving you better insights at a glance.
Big news for teams! We’ve revamped our team roles and permissions to make managing your team easier:
Team Leaders: Own the account, handle billing, and manage team settings.
Team Members: Have restricted permissions by default, but Team Leaders can now customize their access levels directly in the settings.
Say goodbye to outdated roles like Driver, Partner, and Admin—this change makes team management more flexible and powerful.
Your map should no longer rotate unpredictably due to incorrect orientation readings. Drive with confidence!

Tired of worrying about Do Not Call (DNC) compliance? Now, DNC scrubbing is available on properties exports, just like it is for contacts! Any phone number on the federal DNC list will be replaced with “DNC Excluded,” giving you cleaner, worry-free export files.
The phone type column (mobile/landline) is now available for Properties exports, making it easier than ever to organize your lists and target the right leads.
Maximize your export efficiency with the new “Include leads without phone numbers” toggle. Turning this OFF at export ensures leads without valid phone numbers (after scrubbing) are excluded from your exports.
Here is an example of how it works:
Select 100 leads for export
Set “Include Leads without phone numbers” toggle to OFF
After scrubbing for DNC and mobile/landlines only 50 leads would have associated phone numbers
Because the toggle is set to OFF, the export file only includes the 50 leads that have associated phone numbers after scrub settings were applied. DealMachine counts only those 50 toward your monthly export limit.

We’ve added the ability to match properties using the DealMachine Property ID when importing leads.
